4. Security Measures
4-1 The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of user information and to ensure its safe management.
4-2 When outsourcing the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company selects vendors that meet internal selection standards, enters into a contract, and monitors the vendor’s handling of personal information.

The recipient generally implements personal data protection measures that are equivalent to those required of personal information handling entities under Japanese law.
5. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information
5-1 Upon request from a user, and in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will respond promptly to requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data, as well as suspension of use or provision to third parties (collectively, “Requests for Disclosure, etc.”), after confirming the identity of the requester.
5-2 A handling fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged for each request for notification of the purpose of use, or disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to third parties.
