Fumihito Fukuda
After graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in 1998, he joined Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO). During his time there, he primarily worked in the sales and procurement departments. Following the Great East Japan Earthquake, he played a significant role in compensation and decommissioning projects in the affected areas. In 2024, he was seconded to Growth Ring Grid (GGG).
His hobbies include golf, fishing, and reading. His favourite saying is: “In life, fortune and misfortune are two sides of the same coin.” (Based on the proverb: “Saiō ga uma” – “The old man at the frontier and his horse.”)

Kazuki Kito
He joined TEPCO Power Grid in 2009, where he was primarily involved in overseas consulting and M&A projects across Southeast Asia. After working at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on ODA project development, he served as Innovation Manager at Greenway Grid Global Pte. Ltd.
In April 2025, he founded GrowthRing Grid Pte. Ltd. and became the youngest co-CEO in TEPCO PG's history. He is committed to solving social issues by democratizing Japan’s infrastructure through the fusion of Web3 and entertainment.

Naohito Yoshida
After starting his career in magazine editing, he founded Grams, a game and anime company, at the age of 28.
He was diagnosed with cancer at 32, and at 34, his company went bankrupt, leading to personal bankruptcy.
However, he made a comeback by founding three publicly listed companies in the fields of human resources, content, and media ad-tech.
He is currently the Chairman of Iore Co., Ltd., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market.
After 20 years, he returned to the entertainment industry, confident that blockchain would transform it.

Kozo Yamada
Born in 1977, he graduated from the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Law and joined TV Tokyo in 2002.
At the Production Bureau, he was responsible for creating music and variety shows, specializing in projects that integrate digital media.
He became independent in 2018 and started producing entertainment projects across various fields.
In 2018, he founded DEA in Singapore and operates the NFT game platform PlayMining.
In January 2022, he led the Japanese listing of the Play-to-Earn token “DEAPcoin (DEP).”
As an expert in NFT games, he provides insights through platforms such as Note.
